We are pleased to inform you that, effective April 1, 2026, Nippon Thermoener Co., Ltd. has completed its business integration with IHI Packaged Boiler Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our parent company, TAKUMA Co., Ltd., through a merger in which Nippon Thermoener Co., Ltd. is the surviving company.
Through this integration, we will combine the management resources that both companies have cultivated over many years, enabling the effective utilization of our sales and maintenance networks, improvements in production efficiency—including once-through boilers—and the strengthening of our technological development framework. By doing so, we aim to achieve further business expansion and enhance our overall competitiveness.
