    Confirm salt levels, regeneration timing, and outlet water hardness.
  2. Perform blowdown properly
    Blowdown removes concentrated impurities from the boiler water.
    Too little blowdown allows impurities to build up.
  3. Use internal treatment when needed
    Boiler chemicals help keep heat transfer surfaces clean and stable.
Why Daily Checks Matter

Scale does not appear overnight.
It builds up slowly, and the early stages are difficult to see from the outside.

By the time efficiency drops noticeably, a large amount of scale may already be present.
This is why regular checks and simple daily habits are the most effective prevention.
